I am happy to share the completion of my recent mural painting – a depiction of Ardhanareeswara, measuring 28 x 36 inches, done using natural colors on canvas. This artwork was specially commissioned by Manjulla Madam from Ernakulam.
Ardhanareeswara, the unified form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, represents the perfect balance between masculine and feminine energies – a symbol of harmony, unity, and cosmic balance. Painting this form is always a spiritually enriching experience, and this piece was no exception.
Working with natural colors, I aimed to retain the authenticity and traditional charm of Kerala mural art. Every shade and stroke was chosen with care to reflect the divine presence and bring a sense of grace and serenity to the canvas.
Manjulla Madam’s clarity of vision and appreciation for traditional art made this journey all the more fulfilling. It brings me great joy to know that the painting has found a home where it will be valued and cherished.
Creating murals rooted in tradition and culture is both my passion and purpose. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring such sacred themes to life and share them with those who truly appreciate their meaning.
Thank you for reading, and stay tuned for more updates on my upcoming works.
